At GSG Audio Design, we stand behind our high-performance audio equipment and offer a 30-day return window for items in original, like-new condition. Please note that custom-built enclosures and personalized components may be subject to specific restocking fees.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure Packaging
Carefully pack the electronics in their original factory packaging, including all manuals, cables, and protective foam to prevent transit damage.
Shipping and Labeling
Clearly mark your RMA number on the outside of the box and ship the package to our designated service center using a tracked carrier.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the unit's condition and functionality, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
